  5. Before Leaving my blog make a comment or at least click a vote, or just say hello - please :)
  6. Now you know the assignments not complete until you've gone back in an ordered your free DVD or $1 online version
  7. Enjoy :))
Now what I really want on this thread is your comments and questions, any problems etc. Let me know and I'll point you in the right direction or answer them if I can.

Before I forget, there has been a small problem I've experienced. I didn't remember to put it in my previous posts. When I got the DVD, which took about 12 days to arrive, as it was shipped out from Lee's fulfilment house in the States. They'd done a nice job. It was really professional looking, well packaged and arrived in one piece.

Firstly I tried to play it on my TV not realising that it only works on the PC.

Then I put it in my PC, it started to work, got part way through, then went back to the begining. I think some of the files aren't buffering properly, or whatever the technical term is.

Now obviously I've already seen the whole workshop twice, and made notes but I was a bit disappointed that it didn't have a DVD that was working properly.

Oh yeah, one other annoying thing. In the DVD case there is an insert which is just an intro about the DVD Workshop. However there is an instruction at the top which says Urgent: call this number before you do anything. Well it's an American number. As if I'm going to call the States. Anyway if you get that just ignore it, unless you live over there!

Now I'll be honest I was a little put out by it because I had already decided to join the Point and Click Coaching Program and why wouldn't I because I'd already obtained such great value and Lee McItyre had exceeded my expectations by a country mile. But heh, I'd paid shipping on this baby and it was mine.

So I put in a ticket and James (Teale - you'll hear about him on the workshop) responded very quickly. Now, I should say I've used this ticket to play a bit of e-mail tennis with James. What can I say WOW! I'm going to write up a seperate post after the New Year about their outstanding customer service, suffice to say for now, just make sure you test out your DVD, or just save time and pay the $1 for the download.

I won't be publishing this blog untill the New Year. So these posts have been put out in advance with no one reading them - sorry about that! That means of course I have no Frequently Asked Questions. So let me start the ball running anyway, and feel free to add any in the comments section below:

FAQ

Q: Why is Lee McIntyre giving away his Workshop which contains basically a blueprint of his $1M business?
A: He believes that a small number of you will like what he has to offer and become his customers, if not now in the future.

Q: How much does Lee's Point and Click Coaching Program cost?
A: It costs $97 a month, but don't forget you get 14 days access. And before it is up if you push through all the content you'll know whether it's for you or not.

Q: How easy is it to cancel?
A: Very easy - They use a ticketing system. You need to sign up and get a password. Takes just a few minutes. It doesn't just handle cancellations but any problems you have, any questions you want to ask via e-mail. And my experience has been that the customer relations manager deal with any issues very swiftly.

Q: Are there any shipping and handling costs for sending out the DVD?
A: Yes there is, it's not much, but it depends whether you live in the US or elsewhere. Don't worry you'll be told what the payment is before you have to hit accept. And don't forget you'll get a huge amount of value.

Q: What do you make out of this Point and Click Coaching Program Alan?
A: Well I was so happy with the Workshop presentation and coaching program that I not only signed up but decided to become an affiliate. Now I can't make any promises, but if that is something that you would like to do I know there are currently opportunites to promote this actual program and much more. If you have your own web business this is something that you can be doing very quickly. I will be writing further posts and articles, but I can honestly say you won't be disappointed.

Q: Is Lee McIntyre trustworthy?
A: Well all I can say is he hasn't let me down yet. I haven't known of him that long but I have done some checking. He has been blogging over 2 years. He has many other products, as well as an inner circle coaching program, and he is very well known on the Warrior Forums. But the more I go on with the Point and Click Coaching Program the more I learn about Lee McIntyre and his business, team and business ethic. I have no doubt that he is totally genuine.

Okay so I'll add more FAQ's as questions come up, so don't forget to comment and participate

Many thanks, and lets have a great 2010.

Alan
